It is a service where a trained security officer attends your premises when an alarm activates, instead of you or your staff. The officer checks the site inside and out, works out what triggered the alarm and takes the action agreed with you in advance. That might mean resetting the system, securing a broken door or calling the police, fire or medical services. Afterwards you receive a report describing what was found and what was done.
A Securitas mobile security officer, dispatched from the nearest covered area. Our officers have a minimum of five years of military experience, many with past assignments in Thai Special Warfare Command. They are first aid certified and certified safety officers at supervisor level in line with Thai government and OSHA standards. Many are also self-defence and close protection certified, so they can handle a confrontation calmly and safely.
That depends on where your premises are and the traffic conditions at the time, so we do not quote a single national figure. During the site survey we look at your location against our coverage and agree a realistic target response time with you in writing. We would rather commit to something we can keep than promise a number that Bangkok traffic will not allow. Sites in areas we cover less densely may be better served by a combination of response and on-site or remote measures.
Yes. Our lock and unlock service covers opening your site in the morning and securing it at the end of the day at agreed times. It suits premises with early deliveries, late finishes or shift patterns that do not match your management team's hours. Officers can also carry out a quick internal check at the same time, so problems are spotted before your staff arrive.
The officer still checks the premises properly, resets the system if needed and records what they found. Nothing is treated as routine simply because the last few activations were false. We log the cause where it can be identified, for example a faulty sensor, a door that does not seat correctly or an animal in the yard. That record helps you fix the underlying issue rather than paying for repeat call-outs. Connecting your system to our security operations center or to CCTV verification reduces these trips considerably.
