Our systems cover domestic and commercial alarms linked to our 24-hour English and Thai monitoring, fixed and mobile intelligent CCTV with alarm, track and trace and recognition software, infrared motion detectors for indoor use or as an outdoor electronic fence, and multi-functional access control that manages locks, turnstiles and time and attendance records. Each element can stand alone, but they are designed to work as one system.
We also take the investment off your balance sheet. We deliver added value by investing in technology installed at the customer's site, which means we take full responsibility for technology investments, on-site installation and maintenance of security equipment. Securitas owns the hardware and the cost is distributed as part of the contract fee. By investing in our customers' security, we ensure quality throughout the contract period, competitiveness in terms of price, and added value through adjustable scaling of required security equipment.
